NeoUltra Plugs

The NeoUltra Plug offers a robust solution for well isolation, featuring bi-directional anchoring and a metal-to-metal anti-extrusion diaphragm system. Available in both packer and cement retainer models, it accommodates various service conditions. With a high expansion packer system, it ensures secure sealing, even in challenging environments. Like all bridge plugs, NeoProducts recommends that a cement plug be placed atop NeoUltra Plugs to assure long-term anchoring and pressure isolation.

FEATURES:

*NeoUltra Plugs are rated to 10,000 psid at 250° Fahrenheit. They provide higher differential pressure ratings when compared to all other same size pressure-rated wide range bridge plugs.

*NeoUltra Plugs provide controlled centralization of the Bi-Directional Anchor System and the Metal-to-Metal Anti-Extrusion Diaphragm System, thus ensuring maximum anchoring strength and long-term seal integrity.

*The Metal-to-Metal Anti-Extrusion Diaphragm System is designed to withstand severe combinations of high expansions and high differential pressures.

NeoExtreme Plugs

Designed for extreme conditions, the NeoExtreme Plug's precision expansion and centralization, combined with a bi-directional anchor and metal-to-metal anti-extrusion diaphragm, guarantee maximum anchoring strength and long-term seal integrity. Suitable for both packer and cement retainer applications, it also offers seal options for corrosive environments. Like all bridge plugs, NeoProducts recommends a cement plug be placed atop NeoExtreme Plugs to assure long-term anchoring and pressure isolation.

*These are nominal ratings at 250º F where the set diameter is in the middle of the setting range. Ratings assume circular casing IDs with good ID surface conditions and good wellbore sealing conditions. Contact NeoProducts for specific differential pressure ratings based upon; direction of differential pressure, combinations of pressure cycling, BHT, casing size and grade, the presence of wellbore elements that will diminish seal integrity, etc.

NeoArctic Cement Platforms (ACPs)

ACPs are built-for-purpose, off-bottom cement platforms. They can be set in casing and in open-hole. ACPs are commonly deployed via threaded pipe; however, they can also be run and set using wireline, slickline and CT. The deployed ACP serves as a barrier between cement slurry and wellbore fluid below. The interior of the pipe and sleeve are unobstructed. Hot brine, treatment chemicals and/or cement slurry can be pumped down and out the bottom of the workstring.

10 Ksid NeoRetrievable Bridge Plugs (RBPs)

Retrievable Bridge Plugs (RBPs) are wireline set, wireline retrieved, packer-type bridge plugs capable of holding a differential pressure rating of 10,000 PSID from above or below, with exception to the 2-7/8’’ RBP, which is rated to 5,000 PSID from above or below. RBPs are used as a temporary bridge plug for stimulation jobs, fracturing, cementing, casing pressure tests, wellhead replacement, and zone isolation. RBPs use standard wireline or hydraulic setting tools.
